Nora Benitez

Nora Benitez is a multifaceted performer who fell in love with the stage at the age of three. She started dancing at her grandmother’s studio in California, later joining the drama program at her high school, and there deciding to pursue this passion as a career. Nora is a student at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and is currently in her fourth semester, receiving her certificate in the spring. 

Some of her favorite roles she’s taken on are Fantine (Les Miserablés High School Edition), The Queen of Hearts (Alice By Heart), Medda Larkin (Newsies), and The Stage Manager (Our Town). Nora has also been a part of various choir ensembles and vocal competitions throughout her career, most recently taking first in a vocal competition aboard Princess Cruises this past September. 

Nora is currently based in New York City and has loved her time so far in “the city that never sleeps.”
